S S Overseas (India)

S S Overseas (India) is located way up in Narela at B-2586 in the D.S.I.D.C. Industrial Park. It’s quite a trip out here if you aren't from the North-West part of the city. We have a fairly large space in the industrial park because we need it for all the inventory. We handle export and import stuff, so there are always crates and pallets around. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We have a small crew that helps with the packing and the heavy lifting. The air in Narela is always a bit different, more industrial I guess. We spend most of our time dealing with customs forms and shipping schedules. It’s not a very exciting job, but it’s what we know how to do. I’ve been working here for years and I’ve seen the park grow a lot. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most of our work comes from people we have known for a long time. We just try to get the orders out on time. Sometimes the trucks are late or the weather is bad, and that makes things difficult. But we just keep going. It’s a lot of coffee and long hours during the peak seasons. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing the daily tasks that keep the business running.
