S Gupta Property Consultants

We run S Gupta Property Consultants from an office in Rohini Sector 7. We are right opposite the Old Bawana Industrial Area which means there are always trucks and workers moving around nearby. The dust from the industrial side sometimes makes its way over here so we spend a lot of time cleaning the windows. It’s a busy part of town and we like being right in the middle of it. Our work involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls regarding properties in and around Rohini. The office is just a regular room with some filing cabinets and a few chairs that have seen better days. We don't put on any acts here. When you come to see S Gupta Property Consultants you just get us sitting at our desks working through the files. The area has changed a lot over the years and we've seen new buildings go up where there used to be empty lots. It’s a bit of a walk from the main transport links but we don't mind the exercise. We keep a small fridge for cold water because it gets very hot in the summer months. Most of our day is spent checking listings or talking to owners on the phone. We don't have a big sign or anything too bright to show off. It's just a place where we do our business every day without any fuss. It works for us and the people who visit.
