Renu Engineering Works

This workshop is located in Deva Ram Park at 3753/230 in Chander Nagar. It is a part of Tri Nagar that always seems to be bustling with people and noise. We do engineering jobs, mostly small-scale work that needs a lot of manual effort and attention. The machines in the shop make a loud humming sound all day long. You can usually smell metal and machine oil as soon as you step inside the door. It is not a clean or quiet place, but it is where the actual work gets done. There are scraps of iron and steel piled up in the corners of the room. We started this shop a long time ago with only two small machines. Now we have more equipment, but the space feels much smaller than it used to. My nephew comes by to help with the billing on the weekends. We don't bother with websites or any of that marketing stuff. Most people just walk in with a sketch or a part that needs to be copied or fixed. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that is usually the only time we stop for a bit. Sometimes the lights flicker when we turn on the heavy equipment, but that is just how it goes here. We try our best to finish every job on time, even when the raw materials are late.
