Real Plaza Estate Agents

Our office is at Office No 1 on the ground floor of Anand Plaza. We are at Plot No 2, LSC, in Sainik Vihar, Pitampura. It’s right opposite Keshav Mahavidyalaya, so we see a lot of students and staff walking by all day. Real Plaza Estate Agents is a small operation. We chose this spot because it’s easy for people in Pitampura to find. Being on the ground floor helps, as folks can just pop in without climbing stairs. The plaza is usually quite active. We spend our days answering the phone and looking at property records. Pitampura is a big area with lots of different blocks, and we try to keep a handle on what’s available. We aren't a huge chain or anything. We just focus on what’s happening right here in the local streets. If someone needs a place near the college or further into Sainik Vihar, they usually stop by to see what we have on the books. It’s simple work, really. We talk to landlords, we talk to tenants, and we try to get things sorted. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what the situation is with the market at the moment. It’s been our way of doing things for a long time. Real Plaza Estate Agents is just a regular local business, trying to help people find their way around the housing market here.
