Rajmandir Super Market

You can find Rajmandir Super Market over at C8/14 in Rohini Sector 7. We are right by Sai Baba Chowk, which is a pretty well-known landmark in this part of Delhi. It’s always a bit busy around the chowk, with people coming and going to the temple or just passing through the sector. Our shop is a bit bigger than some of the others nearby, but it still feels like a local place. We have a lot of aisles to keep track of, and it feels like we’re always restocking something or the other. The floor gets a bit messy when it rains outside because everyone brings the mud in, but we try to keep up with the cleaning. We’ve got a few people working here to help out with the billing and the packing. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure the stock arrives on time from the suppliers. Sometimes the trucks can’t get through the narrow lanes easily, which is a bit of a hassle. We see a lot of families from the Rohini flats coming in for their weekly groceries. It’s a steady stream of people most evenings. We don't really do anything too fancy with the displays; we just put the stuff out where people can reach it. It’s a practical way to run things. The noise from the chowk is constant, but it’s just the sound of the neighborhood to us now.
