We are over in Rohini at the Delhi Citizen Society, specifically in Sector-13. Green Valley Frozen Foods Ltd. has been here a while now, tucked away in A-28. It is mostly about the freezers and keeping everything at the right temperature so things do not spoil. The space is not fancy, just some rooms filled with cooling units and boxes piled up. Most mornings start early when the trucks pull into the society area. It gets a bit crowded with the crates coming in and out, but the neighbors are used to us by now. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the inventory matches what we have on the floor. It is cold work, so we usually have jackets on even when it is boiling hot outside in Delhi. People sometimes drop by looking for specific frozen items, and we just point them to the right stack. There is no big sign or anything, just the usual noise of the compressors running all day long. Some days the electricity acts up, and we all have to move fast to check the backup generators. It is a simple operation really, just focusing on getting the food stored and moved out to where it needs to go next. We have a small crew, mostly guys from the local area who know how the layout works. It is steady work, nothing too exciting, just keeping the frozen stock moving through the Rohini facility without any fuss.
