Rajiv and Associates Estates LLP is located in Pitampura, over at Maurya Enclave. Our office is in House No 278, specifically on the third floor in Block KP. If you are looking for us, we are near Gopal Mandir Road, which is a pretty well-known spot in North West Delhi. Being on the third floor means we get a decent view of the street below, even if the stairs are a bit of a workout every morning. We have been working in the real estate field for some time now. We do different kinds of property work for people in the Maurya Enclave area and nearby blocks. It's a busy neighborhood with a lot of families and small businesses. Our office is where we keep all our files and meet with people who are looking for advice on property. We don't have a big corporate team; it's mostly just a few of us who know the local market. Time is spent talking to owners and looking at different houses or commercial spaces. Sometimes the traffic on Gopal Mandir Road makes it hard for people to get to us quickly, but we are usually here until late. Trying to be helpful and give straight answers to anyone who walks through the door is what we do. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that's just the nature of the job in Pitampura.
