Rajender Kumar & Sons is based at 17, S.S.I. Industrial Area on G.T. Karnal Road. Being right near such a major road in Delhi means things are always moving fast. Our place has been here for a long time, passed down through the family. It’s not a modern glass building. It’s a sturdy, older structure that has seen a lot of use over the decades. We have stacks of industrial items and supplies everywhere you look. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to sit because there are so many boxes piled up. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll likely find one of us checking the inventory or talking to a truck driver. We don't spend money on advertising. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years because they know us personally. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. We drink tea, talk about the day’s work, and handle whatever comes up. The workers are like family to us. We don't have big meetings or elaborate plans. We just take things one day at a time. The office is small and usually a bit cluttered with ledgers and receipts. It’s not a perfect place, but it’s how we’ve always run things. We’re just a local business trying to do honest work in the industrial area.
