We have been running Rajdhani Properties & Consultants out of Rohini Sector 3 for a long time now. Our office is located at D14/159, which is a spot most people around here can find easily since it is quite close to Ayodhya Chowk. It is not one of those big, shiny corporate offices you see in the magazines. It is just a simple, local place where we spend our days dealing with property matters for the neighborhood. Most of our work involves helping people find a place to live or perhaps a small shop to rent in this part of North Delhi. We know these streets very well because we have been here through all the seasons. Some days it is very hot and we just stay inside with the fan on, waiting for the phone to ring. Other days we are constantly on our feet, running between different blocks to show people a flat or a piece of land. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or try to pressure anyone into making a choice. We just show what is available and tell you the truth about the price and the paperwork. Sometimes the legal stuff can get a bit complicated, but we just take it one step at a time. It is a noisy area with all the traffic near the chowk, but we like being where the action is.
