Rahul Properties

Rahul Properties is based in Sector 15 of Rohini, specifically in Pocket E-22/58. We’ve been in this particular pocket for quite some time now. Rohini is a big place, but Sector 15 has its own local feel that we really like. Our office is just a small room where we handle all the local property stuff. It’s not flashy, and we don’t have any big neon signs. Most people find us because they live nearby or their cousins told them about us. We spend our days looking at different flats and plots in the area. Some days we are just sitting here waiting for the phone to ring, and other days it feels like everyone in Rohini wants to move at once. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just help people find a place that fits their budget and their needs. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started, with more cars and more shops, but the people are still basically the same. We enjoy the casual atmosphere of our office. You can just drop in, have a glass of water, and talk about what’s available on the market. We don’t try to push anyone into a deal they aren't ready for. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. Being a part of Sector 15 is just what we do, and we’re happy to keep it going for the long run.
