RAFFIA REALTORS LLP is located at House No-181, on the upper ground floor in Kohat Enclave, Pitampura. It’s a busy part of North West Delhi, and our office is right in the middle of it. We spend most of our time here just dealing with the daily tasks of local real estate. There’s a lot of paperwork to sort through and phone calls to make to people looking for a place to live or work. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a basic room with a few desks and some chairs where we can sit down and talk. Some days the heat is quite something, but the upper ground floor stays relatively cool. We aren’t trying to be a huge corporation. It’s just us helping out with property stuff in the neighborhood. We know the streets of Pitampura pretty well by now. If you walk by, you’ll probably see us at our desks or heading out to show someone a flat. We try to keep things simple and honest. Dealing with houses and shops can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and documents, so we just handle that bit for people. It’s regular work and we’ve been at it for a while. No big promises or flashy ads, just a local spot where we get things done. Most of our clients are just neighbors or people moving into the area from other parts of Delhi.
