R N Estate

We are based at Qu 12A in Pitampura. It is a typical spot in this part of Delhi. R N Estate has been running out of this location for a bit now. The area is mostly residential with some businesses mixed in, so there is always people coming and going. Our place isn't hard to find if you know the block numbers around here. It is a straightforward office. We don't spend much on decorations because we are usually busy with the actual work. The windows look out onto the street, so we can see what is happening in the neighborhood. Pitampura is a good place to be, and being at 12A puts us right in the middle of things. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache, like anywhere else in the city, but we manage somehow. We handle the real estate side of things from this desk. It is just a couple of us here most days. We drink a lot of tea and talk to people about different plots and houses. It is basic work but it keeps us busy enough. We like the local vibe here. It feels like a community where everyone kind of knows everyone else. We aren't trying to be some big fancy firm. We just do our bit from our little corner of Qu 12A. It works for us and the people who come by. We try to keep things honest and simple for everyone who walks through the door.
