Perfect Technology

You can find us at G-103 in Dharam Market, which is right in the Krishna Vihar area. It’s a small shop packed with all kinds of computer parts, cables, and old monitors. We call it Perfect Technology, but it’s really just a place where we fix things and sell whatever parts we can get our hands on. The market is always crowded, and there is a constant noise of people talking and scooters driving by. Inside the shop, it’s a bit darker and smells like solder and hot plastic. We spend most of the day hunched over a workbench with a screwdriver in hand. It’s not a clean or polished environment; there are bits of wire on the floor and tools scattered everywhere. We don't have a sales team. If you walk in, you'll just talk to one of us who is usually in the middle of a repair. Krishna Vihar is a tough place to get around because the lanes are narrow, but we’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. We don't promise anything fancy, just that we’ll take a look at whatever isn't working and try to get it running again. It’s a lot of long hours under fluorescent lights, but it’s what we do and we’re okay with it. We just keep working until the shutters go down at the end of the night, then we do it all over again the next day.
