Payal Motor Property

We are over at Shop No 7, Block 1, in the MCD Flats of Rohini Sector 20. It’s right near the CNG pump, so there’s always a lot of activity and cars around. Payal Motor Property is our little shop where we handle a mix of things. Since we are near the pump, we see a lot of people every day. The shop itself is pretty small, and we have to keep things organized so we don't run out of room. We deal with property and sometimes help out with motor-related things, as the name suggests. It’s a practical business for a busy area. We don't have any polished brochures or expensive signage. Most people just know us from the neighborhood or stop by while they are getting fuel. We’ve been in this part of Rohini for a while and we’ve seen it grow quite a bit. The MCD flats have a lot of history and we feel like we are part of the local community here. We spend our days chatting with customers, checking on listings, and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of legwork sometimes, but we enjoy being out and about. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a local shop trying to provide a helpful service to the folks in Sector 20. If you’re near the pump, you’ll see us there, probably busy with something or other.
