Our office is out in Sector 49, right on the Main Dadri Road in Baroula. It’s a busy stretch of road and it can get very dusty with all the traffic and the construction happening nearby. We’ve been operating from this small spot for a while. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or driving around to show people different plots and apartments. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people stop by to ask about prices. The walls are mostly covered with local maps and some old calendars. It’s not the fanciest office, but it’s where we do our business. We know the area around Baroula and Sector 49 like the back of our hand. We can tell you which lanes get flooded when it rains and which ones stay quiet at night. It’s a lot of talking and walking. Sometimes we spend hours waiting for a client who got stuck in traffic on Dadri Road. We just sit out front and watch the world go by. It’s a straightforward business of connecting people with a place to stay or invest. We don't use any big words or fancy pitches. We just tell people what we know and let them decide. It’s hard work being out in the sun all day, but we like it. The local chai wallah knows our order by heart because we are here almost every single day.
