Paras Estate Properties Consultant is based in Rohini Sector 7. Our office is B-6/86, right on Shiva Road. It’s a residential neighborhood, so things are usually a bit quieter here compared to the main market areas, though Shiva Road still gets its fair share of cars passing through. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The office is part of the building block, so it feels more like a home office than a corporate space. We have a small area where we sit and go through documents or talk to neighbors who stop by. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff. We don't really do the whole big office thing with a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just make a pot of tea if someone comes over to chat about a property.
