We are located in West Enclave, Pitam Pura, over at Parijaat Apartment. If you've been around North Delhi, you probably know the area. It’s quite crowded and there’s always something happening on the streets below. We've been trading here at C-5 for quite some time now. It’s a family-run kind of thing, mostly. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just sell what people need and try to keep the stock levels right. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink chai while waiting for the next delivery. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing and we're rushing around trying to find where we put a certain invoice. The office is small but it works for us. Living and working in Delhi means you get used to the noise and the heat. We know most of our neighbors in the apartment complex. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a big shipment in but we make it fit somehow. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We just want to keep things steady and make sure our customers get what they asked for without too much fuss. It's simple trading work. We've been doing it this way for years and see no reason to change much. Just hard work and being present at the shop every day.
