Pal Properties

We are over here at B-6/25 in Rohini Sector-18. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the main road, so people find us easily enough. Pal Properties has been my main focus for a long time. The office isn't very large, but it fits what we need. I have a small desk and a few stools for whoever walks in. Rohini is a big place, but Sector-18 feels like its own little world once you spend enough time here. I usually spend my mornings reading the paper and waiting for the phone to ring. We don't do much advertising because most people who come to us heard about us from someone else in the block. It’s more about knowing the people around here. The building is older, and the stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, so I can see the weather changing or the kids coming home from school. There is a tea shop at the corner that makes the best ginger chai, and that’s usually where I am if I’m not at my desk. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just help people look at flats or shops in this part of town. It’s simple work, and it keeps us busy enough. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door, and we don't mind if people just stop by to chat.
