We are located on the first floor of Community Centre-II in Ashok Vihar, Phase-II. It’s a decent-sized space where we keep all sorts of household appliances. We’ve been in this area for several years. The building is one of those standard community centers, so it’s easy to walk to if you live nearby. Inside, we have rows of boxes and some floor models. It’s mostly kitchen stuff and other things for the home. We have a few staff members who help out with sales and moving the heavier items. It’s not a high-pressure place. We just let people look around and answer questions if they have any. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet during the day, but it picks up in the evenings. We handle everything from the initial sale to the paperwork. We aren't part of some giant chain. It’s just our local office here. We try to keep things organized, but during delivery days, there are boxes everywhere. Ashok Vihar is a nice neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the residents over time. We aren't doing anything fancy with our displays. It’s just the appliances and us. We open up every morning and stay until the center closes for the night. It’s a steady job and we like the routine of it. We just want to make sure people get what they need for their homes without any unnecessary hassle. It's just a basic store.
