You can find us at the Community Centre in Ashok Vihar, Phase-II. We’ve been at number 12 for quite a while now. Novel Agro Foods handles exactly what the name suggests—agricultural products and food items. It’s a lot of logistics, honestly. We have to make sure things get from the farms to where they need to go without too much trouble. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, talking to suppliers or checking on delivery trucks. Ashok Vihar is a nice area to work in, though it gets quite busy around the community center. Our office is usually filled with the smell of whatever samples we have in that week. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy presentations. We just focus on the quality of the food and making sure the orders are correct. Mistakes happen sometimes, of course, but we try to fix them quickly when they do. It’s a family-run sort of feel here, even if we are a private limited company. We know our regulars and they know us. We’ve seen the seasons change and the market prices go up and down. It’s just the nature of the agro-food business. We keep things simple and try to stay organized amidst all the crates and paperwork. It's a steady life and we wouldn't have it any other way right now.
