New Tech Polymers

Our setup is over at C-44/5 on Lawrence Road. If you’ve been to this part of town, you know it’s full of industrial units and trucks. New Tech Polymers is right in the thick of it. We work with polymers, which is a lot of heavy lifting and keeping an eye on the machines. The floor is usually a bit dusty, and it’s never quiet because of the nearby factories. We aren't a high-tech lab with white coats. We are a bunch of people who know how to handle materials and keep the production going. Some days the heat is a bit much, but we get used to it. We’ve had some of the same machines for a long time, and we know exactly how to fix them when they act up. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't spend time writing mission statements or having long meetings about the future. We just look at what orders we have for the day and get to work. Lawrence Road is a busy place, and we fit right in. We don't have a big marketing budget. Our customers come back because we don't mess around with their orders. It’s straightforward work. It’s not always pretty, and our clothes usually have a few stains by the end of the shift, but the work gets done right. That’s what matters to us.
