Neelesh Propmart Private Limited is located on the ground floor of Plot No 143 in Pocket 19, Sector 24, Rohini. Since we’re on the ground floor, it’s easy for people to just walk in off the street. Rohini is a big place, and Sector 24 is a specific corner of it that we know quite well. Our office is pretty simple—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of property listings taped up or filed away. We deal with real estate in the North West Delhi area. It’s mostly talking to families looking for a home or people wanting to sell their plots. We don't have any fancy brochures. We just talk to folks and see what they need. Some days are spent driving around to check on sites, while others are spent right here handling the paperwork. Being in Pocket 19 means we see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s a local vibe. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the market and just keep doing what we do. There’s always a lot of talk about prices and locations in our office. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi. We just want to do right by the people who come to us. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep the process as simple as possible for everyone involved. The neighborhood is growing, and we’re just glad to be a small part of that growth.
