Navjot Frozen Food Carriers P Ltd is located over at FK 17 in Shastri Nagar, Delhi. We’ve been in this area for quite a while now. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there is always something going on in the streets. We deal with trucks and logistics, so things can get a bit hectic around the office. It’s not a quiet place. There are always people coming in and out, checking schedules or asking about deliveries. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some heavy filing cabinets, and a big map on the wall that's starting to peel at the edges. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not what we're about. We just focus on keeping the trucks moving. Delhi traffic is a constant battle, but we've learned how to deal with it over the years. Some days the phones don't stop ringing. Other times, it’s just us sitting around waiting for a shipment to arrive. We have a small kettle for tea, which gets used a lot throughout the day. It’s hard work, and we all have a bit of dirt on our shoes by the end of the shift. We are just a group of people trying to make a living in Shastri Nagar. It’s not glamorous, but it’s real and it keeps us busy.
