D 37 Rana Pratap Road is where you’ll find us. It’s in Adarsh Nagar, and the office is usually quite busy. Mano J Kumar Paliwal is the name on the door, and we’ve been operating from this Delhi 110033 address for quite some time now. The street outside is almost always full of people and cars, but once you step inside, it’s all about the files and the farming finance. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or any fancy water features. It’s just a practical office where we sit and go through applications and reports. Some of the desks are a bit cluttered with papers and tea cups, but we know where everything is. People stop by to discuss their farm plans or to check on their funding. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just talk plain English and get to the point. The office has a bit of an old-school feel to it, which seems to suit the kind of work we do. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our work has stayed mostly the same. It’s about being reliable and being here when the farmers need to talk about their money. We’re just a small part of the big picture in Delhi, doing our bit from this little corner of Rana Pratap Road every day. We keep the lights on late sometimes when there is a lot of work, but we don't mind it much.
