If you go to Model Apartments in Pitampura you will find us at number 39. It is a bit of a strange setup for an office since it is basically a residential flat that we use for work. We have desks set up where the dining table should be and the kitchen is mostly used for making endless cups of chai. The area is nice enough and quite peaceful compared to the main roads of Delhi. We spend our days helping out small businesses and looking over their applications which usually come in big thick envelopes. Most of us live fairly close by so we don't have to deal with the worst of the traffic. The balcony has a few plants that someone tried to grow but they look a bit sad most of the time. We keep the files in big metal cupboards that take up most of the hallway space. It feels more like a home than a government office which I think makes people feel a bit more relaxed when they come to see us. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy meetings. We just sit around and discuss what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks while we are trying to have a serious talk about work but we just laugh it off. It is a steady way to spend the week and we keep things moving as best as we can.
