Midha Properties

We set up Midha Properties over at A-1/18 in Rohini Sector 7, which is a great spot because we’re so close to the M2K Cinema Hall. If you know that area, you know it’s always buzzing with people and cars, especially on the weekends. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from all that noise, though we’re usually kept pretty busy ourselves with visitors. We’ve been in Rohini for a long time, so we’ve seen how Sector 7 has developed into what it is today. People mostly come to us when they’re looking for a flat or maybe a bit of commercial space for a shop nearby. We don’t do a lot of fancy marketing; we just rely on being right there in the neighborhood where people can see our sign. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at the desk sorting through local listings or talking to a landlord on the phone about a new vacancy. It’s a lot of legwork, walking from one block to another to check on a property or show someone around. We like being near the cinema because it makes us very easy to find for anyone who isn't from right around here. The work is steady, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the local families over the years. We just try to keep things straightforward and tell people the truth about what’s available in the sector. It’s a local business run by people who know Rohini well.
