Merino Group

We’ve set up the Merino Group over in Pitampura at the Jeevan Jyoti Apartments, specifically in A 4 37. It’s a pretty ordinary spot in this part of Delhi, and we’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us by name. Our office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space where we manage the various things the group handles. There are plenty of files tucked into cabinets and a couple of desks that have seen better days. We spend a lot of our time coordinating different tasks and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and scribbling notes on yellow pads. Pitampura is a busy area, but once you’re inside the apartment complex, it gets a bit more peaceful. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the work that needs to be finished by the end of the day. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk for the tea, which are the kind of small problems we deal with alongside the bigger business stuff. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a small local team. People know they can find us here during normal hours, usually hunched over our desks or having a quick lunch. It isn't always smooth sailing, and we spend plenty of mornings just trying to catch up on emails. We just try to keep things simple.
