You can find us over at Agrawal Cyber Plaza 2 in Netaji Subhash Place. We’re in suite 380. It’s a pretty lively area with all the offices and food stalls nearby. We've been operating out of Pitampura for a good bit now. Most of our day is spent talking to people looking for office space or maybe a flat in one of the nearby colonies. The traffic at NSP can be a bit much, but it's where everything happens. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing. We just tell people what’s available and what the rent looks like this month. Sometimes a deal goes through quick, and other times we’re sitting on a property for months because the price isn't right. That’s just the way the market is in North Delhi. We keep a lot of files on our desks and the phone rings quite a bit. It’s a lot of legwork, really. Going from one building to another, checking if the lifts work and if the parking is okay. People come to us because they want someone who actually knows the buildings in NSP and the surrounding residential areas. We don’t promise anything we can’t actually do. It’s just about getting the paperwork signed and making sure the keys get handed over. If you're in the building, you'll see our name on the door. We're usually there from morning until the traffic dies down a bit in the evening.
