MEHNDIPUR REALCON (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Mehndipur Realcon (OPC) Private Limited is located at Plot No. B-155 on the ground floor. We are in Block B of Maharana Partap Enclave, which is over in Pitampura City. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to deal with stairs or elevators, and people can just walk right in from the street if they need to see us. The enclave is a decent place, pretty typical for Pitampura. We have a decent amount of space inside, though it gets filled up quickly with all the files and folders we have to keep for the work. There’s a small area where we sit and talk, and another area where the actual work happens. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction that always seems to be happening nearby, but we keep a broom handy to clean up. We don't have any fancy posters or mission statements on the walls. It's just a regular office where we handle real estate matters. Most of the people who come by are from the local area or heard about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking through property listings. It is a lot of routine work, but someone has to do it. We try to keep things simple and honest. We’ve been at B-155 for a while and we like the spot. It works for us and for the people who need to find us without much trouble.
