Our clinic is located right on Mangal Bazar Road in Rohini Sector 16. If you know the area, we’re quite close to the Transport Authority. We mostly work on prosthetics and orthotics, which means we spend a lot of time making and fitting artificial limbs and braces. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. The back room is usually filled with the sound of tools and the smell of materials like plastic and metal. It’s not a shiny, high-end office. It’s more of a workshop where we try to get things to fit just right. Sometimes it takes several visits for a person to feel comfortable with a new piece, and we just keep at it until it’s okay. Rohini is a huge neighborhood, and we see people from Sector 15 and beyond coming in. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media team. We just talk to the people who walk in. The staff here is small, and we’ve been doing this for a long time. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the work we do, but we keep the patient areas as tidy as we can. The road outside is always noisy with the market, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We just focus on the measurements and making sure people can walk a bit easier when they leave. It’s steady, practical work that we do every day.
