We handle ophthalmic products here in Uttar Pradesh. Mostly it’s just the usual stuff like lenses and eye equipment that doctors need for their clinics. We started because there was a need for someone local to supply these things without making it complicated. Most days are spent checking inventory or talking to people from different parts of the state who need supplies sent out. It’s not a fancy setup. We just have our office and storage where we keep everything organized as well as we can. It gets busy sometimes, especially when a few orders come in at once and we have to pack things up quickly. Working in Uttar Pradesh has its own rhythm, you know. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads are a bit of a mess, but we manage to get things where they need to go. We’ve been at this for a while now and know most of the people we deal with by name. It’s a straightforward business really. We aren't trying to be the biggest thing out there, just trying to keep the supplies moving so people can get their eyes checked. You can usually find one of us in the back checking the boxes or answering the phone when someone calls from a nearby town. It is just honest work and we try to keep it simple every single day without any of that corporate talk you see elsewhere.
