Manchanda Properties

We run Manchanda Properties out of Flat Number 52 at number 25 in Rohini Sector 24. It’s a bit of a more personal setup since we’re based right in the residential area. Sector 24 is a place we know inside and out. Most of the work we do involves the apartments and plots right here in Rohini. Since we are in a flat, it’s a quiet environment to talk about things. We don't have big neon signs or anything. People usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing our address listed. We handle a lot of the local paperwork for buying and selling. It’s just us here, so when you call, you’re talking to the people who actually do the work. We keep a close eye on what the market is doing in this specific part of Delhi. Some days are slow, while others involve running around to different sectors all afternoon. We’ve seen Rohini change quite a bit over the years. We help neighbors find new tenants or assist families moving into Sector 24 for the first time. It’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is legal.
