Our office is M-2 in the Gupta Tower, which is part of the Azadpur Commercial Complex. It is a very crowded place, especially in the mornings when the markets are in full swing. Maharashtra Feeds has been operating from here for quite some time. We deal with animal feed and related supplies. The office is usually stacked high with ledgers and sample bags of grain. It isn't a very large space, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a few visitors at once. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and a map. Azadpur is a busy hub, and being in Gupta Tower puts us right in the middle of all the trade. You can hear the shouting of the traders and the horns of the trucks all day long. We just focus on our orders and making sure the shipments are moving to the right places. It is a lot of coordination and phone calls. Sometimes the elevator in the building does not work, so we have to carry everything up the stairs, which is quite a workout. We are not trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just a group of people making sure farmers and suppliers get what they need. It is straightforward work and we like the energy of the complex even when it is loud.
