M S Aok Inhouse Bpo Services Ltd is based out of Lawrence Road in the Keshav Puram area of New Delhi. It’s an industrial sort of place, so it isn't very pretty, but it’s where we get our work done. Being a BPO means we spend almost all day on the phones or typing away at computers. It can get pretty loud in here when everyone is talking at once, but we are used to the hum of the office. We aren't a giant multinational corporation. We are a smaller setup that handles things in-house. Most of the staff live nearby, so we have a good group of people who have known each other for a long time. The office is at number 110035, and we’ve been in this building for quite a bit. We don't have fancy lounge areas or a cafeteria. We usually just eat our lunch at our desks or go out to the local stalls. The work is steady and sometimes repetitive, but it keeps the lights on. We try to make sure we don't make mistakes because that just makes more work for everyone later. It is a practical environment. We don't put on airs or try to sound like something we aren't. We are just a local BPO doing the daily tasks that need to be finished before the sun goes down. Most of us take the bus or walk to get here each morning.
