M K Safi Engineering Works

M K Safi Engineering Works is situated in Inderlok, over in the Shahzada area at number 146. This is a place where there is always the sound of metal and machines. It’s an industrial part of town, so you won’t find any quiet cafes or parks right outside our door. We’ve been at 146 for a long time, and the walls show it. There’s a bit of grease and dust everywhere, but that’s just how an engineering shop should look. If it was too clean, you’d think we weren't working. We deal with various mechanical things every day. It’s hard work and it gets hot in the summer, especially with the machines running. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Safi and the rest of the guys just focus on the projects that come in through the door. People in Shahzada know us by now. The street can be a bit messy with trucks loading and unloading, but that’s just part of the routine. We start early when the air is still a bit cool. Most of our tools are old but they work better than the new stuff sometimes. We don't make big promises about being the best; we just fix what needs fixing and try to get it back to the customer on time. It’s a simple life here in Inderlok and we don't mind the noise. Every day brings a different part to weld or a machine to fix, and we just keep at it.
