M D Properties

We are based over in Rohini Sector 7. The office for M D Properties is at C-7/84. It is a standard residential and commercial mix area. We have been here long enough that most of the neighbors know our faces by now. We spend our time looking into local property listings and helping people move in or out. It is not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The office is small and filled with papers and a few old chairs. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that. When you call, one of us just picks up the phone. Sector 7 is a good place to be. There is always something happening on the street. M D Properties is not trying to change the world. We just want to help people find a decent place to live or work. Most of our business comes from people walking in because they saw the sign on C-7/84. We talk about prices, locations, and the usual stuff you would expect. Sometimes we have tea and talk about the neighborhood. It is a relaxed atmosphere most days. We do not wear suits unless there is a really big reason to. Usually, it is just casual clothes and a lot of walking around Rohini to check on things. That is pretty much the whole story of who we are and what we do here.
