Left The Job

You can find us over at Meer Vihar in Mubarak Pur, Delhi. The address is C O Laxman Prasad M 123. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't used to the area. The roads are a bit dusty and they’re always digging something up. Our name is Left The Job. It’s a simple place. We’ve got a small room where we keep all our things. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies. There are wires hanging around and the floor is a bit uneven. We don’t mind it much. We’ve been here for a while and it suits what we need. Laxman Prasad is the one who helps us manage the space. There’s a lot of activity in the street outside. Kids playing and people moving about. We keep the door closed most of the time to keep the dust out. Inside, we just have our basic equipment. We don’t really have a set routine. We just show up and start on the list of things to do. Sometimes we stay late if there’s a lot of work. We don't have a kitchen, so we just order food from the local dhabas nearby. It’s honest work and we do it in an honest way. There isn't much more to say about it. We’re just a small group in a busy part of Delhi.
