Leasing Realty

If you find yourself over in Rohini, specifically in Pocket-C of Sector-4C, you will likely pass by our place on Maharaja Agrasen Marg. Leasing Realty is just a local spot where we handle all the usual things that come with renting and managing properties. The area around here is quite settled, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. Maharaja Agrasen Marg is a big road, and it can get quite loud with the buses and cars rushing past, but inside the office, it is mostly just us and the sound of the keyboard. We spend a lot of time walking around the different blocks, looking at apartments or meeting with people who are moving in or out. It is a lot of keys and clipboards, really. The office isn't much more than a room with some filing cabinets and a couple of chairs for people to sit while they sign their papers. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It is just a place to do business. Sometimes the afternoon sun hits the windows just right and it gets a bit warm, but we have a fan that does its best. We know this part of Rohini like the back of our hands because we spend so much time navigating these streets. It is just a normal job, helping people find a place to stay and making sure the buildings are kept up. We keep things moving one day at a time.
