You can find us on the first floor of B 216 in Lok Vihar, Pitampura. This part of Delhi is always buzzing with people and traffic. Being on the first floor means we can see everything going on in the street below us. The office is a basic one. We have got our desks set up in a way that makes the most of the space, even if it feels a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time. There are shelves everywhere filled with folders and files because we still keep a lot of physical records for our work. It is a no-frills environment. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room for guests. If someone comes by, they just walk in and talk to whoever is nearest to the door. The work is steady and sometimes a bit repetitive, but it is what we do. We talk about the weather, the traffic on the Outer Ring Road, and where to get the best snacks for the afternoon break. It is a very human way to work. There are no corporate scripts here. We just handle our responsibilities as they come each day. Sometimes it is stressful when there is a lot to do, but we just buckle down and get through it. It’s a plain, working office where the focus is just on doing the job and making sure the day ends correctly.
