Our address is H-3/377 in Rohini Sector 16. This is where Komal Property operates from. It is a pretty standard setup for this part of Delhi. Sector 16 is a residential area, so we are right in the middle of where people actually live. Our office is small and tucked away in the block. We don’t have a big neon sign or anything like that. Most of our work involves the houses and plots right here in Rohini. We’ve spent years getting to know the different pockets of Sector 16 and the neighboring sectors. It is a quiet place most of the time, except when the kids are coming home from school. We sit in our office at H-3/377 and wait for the phone to ring or for someone to knock on the door. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have fancy brochures or a high-tech office. We just have a desk, some chairs, and our knowledge of the local area. We’ve helped plenty of people around here over the years. We aren't trying to be some huge agency with offices all over the city. We just want to do a decent job for the people who live nearby. If you are walking through the H-3 block, you might see us. It’s just a simple, honest business run out of a small space in the heart of Rohini. We just keep doing what we know best.
