Kmt Overseas Buying House sits up on the third floor of the building at Ju-49C in Pitampura. Being on the third floor means a lot of trips up and down, especially when the lift is acting up, which happens more than we'd like. We act as a middle point for people looking to get goods from one place to another. It involves a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks looking at lists of products. The office gets quite bright in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows. We have some samples lying around the room from different projects we’ve worked on. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work for the three or four of us who are here daily. Pitampura is a good area to be in, even if the traffic gets a bit much during rush hour. We deal with a lot of different vendors and try to make sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes there are delays with shipping that are out of our hands, and those are the stressful days. We drink a lot of coffee and keep track of everything in big ledgers and on the computers. It's mostly about coordination and making sure details don't get missed. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a practical office where we get through our list of tasks every day.
