Khokhar Real Estate

Our place is at number 35 in Ganesh Market, over in Rohini Sector 7. We are in the Naharpur area, quite close to the Punjab National Bank. Most people use the bank as a guide to find us. We’ve been around this market for years. It's a real local vibe here. We do real estate work, helping folks find apartments or shops in Rohini. Sector 7 is a nice area, quite settled. Our office is small and usually has a few files stacked up. It’s not very fancy. We just talk to people plainly. My neighbor helps me out sometimes when I have to go out for a site visit. We know who is selling and who is buying around Ganesh Market. It’s a lot of word-of-mouth. We don't spend money on big ads. Usually, someone’s uncle or friend tells them to come talk to us. That’s how we’ve always done it. Sometimes the market gets very crowded on weekends, but we like the energy. We try to be helpful without all the sales talk. It’s just about finding a spot that works for someone’s family or their small business. We stay here until late most evenings. You can usually find me at the desk sorting through the latest listings we got from the neighborhood. It is a lot of work but it feels good.
