Kapoor Properties

Kapoor Properties is located at 416 in Rohini Sector 9 inside the Sg Shopping Mall. Having an office in a mall is a bit different than being on a regular street corner but it works out well for us. People are always coming through the mall for shopping or food and they often see our sign and stop in to ask a few questions. Rohini is a big place with lots of different sectors but we have mostly focused our attention right here in Sector 9. We handle a mix of everything from small shops to family apartments. It is a lot of talking and listing down what people want versus what they can actually afford. We try to be realistic with everyone because there is no point in wasting time on something that isn't going to work out. The mall can get pretty busy on the weekends so that is usually when we see the most foot traffic. We aren't a corporate chain or anything like that, just a local office trying to help our neighbors find the right spot. Sometimes we are out on site visits so the office might be empty for an hour but we always come back to finish up the day's notes. It is honest work and we have gotten to know a lot of the local business owners and families over the years we have been here. We just take things one day at a time.
