You can find us at A-D-73/C in Pitampura. We are in the Power Apartment area, right near the Power House. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Delhi. Kanta Property Consultants is basically just a local office where we handle whatever comes up. The apartment blocks here are quite old and everyone knows everyone else. We spend our days dealing with the locals and sometimes people coming from other parts of the city. Pitampura is always a bit crowded, and the parking can be a real pain around the Power House. Our office is simple, just a place to sit and talk. We don’t have fancy brochures or a website with music. We just use our phones and our notebooks. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. We talk about floors, rents, and who is moving out. It’s everyday stuff. Sometimes the power goes out, or the noise from the street is too much, but that’s just life in Delhi. We’ve been doing this for long enough that we don’t really need to explain much. People just know where we are. We try to stay busy and keep the paperwork moving as best as we can. It’s just a regular job for us, and we like being in the middle of it all here in Pitampura. No big titles, just us working hard every single day. The tea guy comes by at four and that's our favorite part.
