K B Trading Co is right in the thick of things over at Azadpur, specifically at 10110 in the Ajad Mkt area. If you’ve ever been near the Delhi Station side, you know how hectic it gets with the porters and the constant flow of goods. Our spot is usually piled high with boxes, sometimes so many that you can barely see the back wall. We have a small crew here, just a few of us who’ve known each other forever, and we spend most of our time on the phone or checking invoices while the world rushes past outside. The air always smells like a mix of old cardboard and whatever the street vendors are cooking nearby. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, but we are used to the noise of the trains and the shouting of the market sellers by now. We’ve got a couple of old wooden stools for when people drop in to chat, but mostly we’re on our feet. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit, and we keep meaning to fix it, but there’s always another delivery to handle first. It is just how things go here at the market. We don't have a fancy showroom, just our stock and our ledger books. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the new stock arrives, but we make it work and keep the shop moving. The floor is usually a bit dusty, but that's just life in this part of the city.
