Our office is on the second floor of Syndicate House in Inderlok. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how crowded and lively the streets are. Being on the second floor helps us get away from the street noise a little bit, but you can still hear the Metro and the constant honking from down below. We’ve been at this address for some time now. The building is one of those older commercial structures where everyone knows each other. Our space is filled with desks, some old computers, and a lot of technical drawings rolled up in the corners. We do most of our engineering coordination from this spot. It’s not a very large space, so it gets a bit cramped when the whole team is in at once. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through physical files. There is a small window that looks out over the main road, though the view is mostly just other buildings and power lines. We usually grab lunch from the local shops downstairs. The elevator in the building works when it feels like it, so we often end up taking the stairs. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized and keep up with the projects we have on hand. No big fancy lobby or receptionist here, just us working through our daily tasks in the middle of Inderlok. It keeps us busy.
