If you head out towards Shahbad Daulatpur Village, you will find us at Khasra No. 65. It is not exactly the middle of the city, so it feels a bit more open out here, though the roads can get pretty dusty when the trucks go by. At Jaypee Technoplast, the main thing you hear is the steady rhythm of the machines. We deal with a lot of plastic work, and that means the floor is usually warm and there is that specific smell of heating material in the air. We have a lot of local guys working here who have been with us since they were young. We don't really go in for fancy titles or big meetings. Most of the time, we are just standing around the floor checking the molds or making sure the latest batch is cooling properly. The village atmosphere is still there, so you might see a stray cow near the gate or the tea seller bringing over a tray of glass cups in the afternoon. It is a practical environment where things get dusty and hands get dirty. We just try to keep the machines running and the orders moving out on time. There is a lot of paperwork to deal with, which we handle in a small side office that stays a bit cooler than the factory floor. It is just a regular factory life for us, nothing more and nothing less than that.
