Jai Shree Ram Properties

We are located at 41292 Budh Vihar, specifically in E Block, Phase I. Our shop for Jai Shree Ram Properties is right on the Main Market Road, which means it’s pretty hard to miss if you’re out shopping. A really easy landmark is Hanuman Dairy, we’re just near there. Being in the main market means there is always something going on outside the door. You hear the vendors calling out and the motorbikes zooming past all day. It’s a lively place to have an office. We have been a part of this market scene for a bit. Inside, it’s just a normal room with some chairs and our files. We don’t have any big flashy signs, just our name and the work we do. People in Budh Vihar usually know us by word of mouth. Someone’s uncle or brother will tell them to come see us. We like being on the ground level where we can see everyone passing by. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fan on high. The market road has its own rhythm, you know? It’s quiet early on and then gets really packed by evening. We stay until the sun goes down usually. It’s just a regular local business life. We handle the property stuff and try to keep things simple for everyone who stops in. It’s a good spot in Phase I and we’re happy to be here.
