We are based in the Mausam Apartments at West Enclave in Pitam Pura. It is apartment number 99. Pitam Pura is a very busy part of Delhi, and our little corner in the residential enclave is a bit quieter than the main markets. We do not have a fancy glass building or a big lobby with a receptionist. It is just a regular office where we come every day to handle our projects and paperwork. The space is a bit lived-in, with stacks of files and desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. We like it here because it feels real. Sometimes the parking outside is a bit of a struggle since it is a residential area, but we make it work. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time. We do not spend much on making the place look corporate. We would rather just focus on the tasks we have at hand. The Delhi heat can be tough in the summer, but we have our fans and coolers going. It is a straightforward place for straightforward work. Neighbors often see us coming and going at odd hours. We do not do much advertising, as most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our small sign on the gate. It is just us doing our thing in West Enclave.
