We are up on the eighth floor of the Itl Twin Tower in Netaji Subhash Place. Being in Pitampura means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. The office is B-805, and it’s a standard business space. We have desks filled with catalogs, valve samples, and a lot of technical drawings scattered about. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the metro line, which is nice when you need a break from looking at computer screens. We spend most of our time dealing with technical specs and talking to customers on the phone. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the stock. We don’t have a big HR department or a PR person. It’s just us. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on a call at once, but that’s just how it goes in a busy office. We’ve been in this tower for a while and the security guards know us by name. It’s a functional office where we handle the day-to-day business of valves and industrial parts. We don't try to look more important than we are. We just provide what’s needed and keep things moving along as best we can. It's a regular job in a regular tower.
